 A few days ago in the general meeting of a project, the structure consultants presented an interesting case. In one of his ongoing projects, the client did not hire a plumbing consultant, after the structure consultant had given each of his drawings to work on site. A plumbing consultant was appointed and he suggested several changes to run the plumbing pipes. Almost every beam and slab layout needed to be changed. Every point suggested by plumbing consultant could not be ruled out, so changes were inevitable. Months of hard work by the structure consultant went in vain.

The point was, the belief of many clients and architects is that a plumbing consultant will be needed
When the stage of plumbing work will come, in such a project when the plumbing consultant presents his design, it is impossible to change the structure. As a result, the plumbing consultant is forced to make changes in the interior or elevation. Sometimes that modifications are painful for users like It cannot bear it, it cannot repair it and tough to live with it.

In fact, the juggling of structure and plumbing consultant is very necessary, at every level from foundation to terrace, the input of plumbing consultants is covered by the structure consultant in his design.

કેટલાક દિવસ પહેલા એક પ્રોજેક્ટ ની જનરલ મીટિંગ માં structure consultants એ એક રસપ્રદ કિસ્સો રજૂ કર્યો. એમના ચાલી રહેલા પ્રોજેક્ટ માંથી એક પ્રોજેક્ટ માં ક્લાઈંટ તરફ થી પ્લ્મ્બીંગ કન્સલ્ટેંટ ની નિમણૂક નહોતી કરી, સ્ટ્રક્ચર consultant એ પોતાના દરેક ડ્રૉઇંગ સાઇટ પર કામ કરવા માટે આપી દીધા પછી. પ્લ્મ્બીંગ consultant ની નિમણૂક થઈ અને તેમણે પ્લ્મ્બીંગ ની પાઇપ ને કાઢવા માટે ઘણા બધા બદલાવ સૂચવ્યા. લગભગ દરેક બીમ અને સ્લેબ ના લેઆઉટ માં ફેરફાર કરવાની જરૂર પડી. પલંબિનગ કન્સલ્ટેંટ એ સૂચવેલા દરેક મુદ્દા નકારી શકાય તેમ નહોતા એટલે ફેરફાર અનિવાર્ય હતા. સ્ટ્રક્ચર consultant એ કરેલ મહિના ની મહેનત નકામી ગઈ.

વાત મુદ્દા ની હતી, ઘણા ક્લાઈંટ અને આર્કિટેક્ટ ની માન્યતા એવી હોય છે કે પ્લ્મ્બીંગ કન્સલ્ટેંટ ની જરૂર ત્યારે પડશે જ્યારે પ્લ્મ્બીંગ નું કામ કરવાનું થશે, તેવા પ્રોજેક્ટ માં જ્યારે પ્લ્મ્બીંગ કન્સલ્ટેંટ પોતાની design રજૂ કરે છે ત્યારે સ્ટ્રક્ચર માં ફેરફાર કરવાનું અશક્ય હોય છે અને પરિણામે પ્લ્મ્બીંગ કન્સલ્ટેંટ ઇન્ટિરિયર માં અથવા elevation માં ફેરફાર કરાવવા મજબૂર બને છે.  

હકીકત માં structure અને પ્લ્મ્બીંગ consultant ની જુગલબંદી ખૂબ જ જરૂરી છે, foundation થી લઈ ને terrace સુધી ના દરેક લેવલ પર પ્લ્મ્બીંગ consultants ના ઈનપુટ સ્ટ્રક્ચર consultant પોતાની design માં આવરી લે છે.
